About The Position

- Work in close collaboration with the Senior Accounting Manager to manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and expense management. - Support the Senior Accounting Manager in leading monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules. - Prepare and review financial statements and management reports for local management and headquarters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP. - Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and forecast short-term funding needs of the U.S. sales entity in coordination with the Senior Accounting Manager. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax and reporting requirements in coordination with external tax advisors. - Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and support audit requirements. - Coordinate and support annual financial audits and other external reviews as needed. - Provide guidance to junior accounting staff or external service providers, under the overall direction of the Senior Accounting Manager. - Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and HQ finance teams to support business decisions with financial analysis and reporting. - Managed office operations, facilities, and vendor contracts - Supported HR administration, compliance, and internal communications - Controlled GA budget and administrative expenses - Perform other related administrative and general affairs duties, as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Typically 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including closing and reporting; experience working with a Senior Accounting Manager or similar senior-level role is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general corporate tax and compliance concepts.
  • Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems and MS Excel; experience with mid-size ERP preferred.
  • Language : English and Korean
