About The Position

In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end financial operations for the Americas region, ensuring precision in reporting, compliance, and analysis. You will manage a team of three direct reports, providing coaching, development, and day-to-day leadership to support a high-performing finance function. As a strategic partner to business leaders, you’ll influence decisions, strengthen performance, and help guide the company’s long-term financial direction.

Requirements

Proven experience in finance, controlling, or accounting, including people-management experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and develop direct reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Deep understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal controls.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams, functions, and regions.
Proficiency with ERP systems and financial analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Lead financial reporting and analysis to guide strategic decision-making across business units.
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering clear, data-driven insights.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of three direct reports, fostering collaboration, growth, and accountability.
Oversee the development and implementation of financial policies, processes, and controls.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
Maintain compliance with global financial regulations and internal standards.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation across finance operations.
