Requirements

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles; experience in A/P and A/R required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Yardi Voyager is preferred
  • Prior experience in real estate or property management is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Process rent payments and perform bank deposits
  • Enter and track cash receipts in accounting software
  • Input vendor invoices into Yardi Voyager and assist with check runs
  • Research and resolve vendor discrepancies
  • Process Tenant Improvement invoices and assist with budget tracking
  • Maintain electronic filing of accounting documents
  • Assist with monthly reporting and reconciliation tasks as needed
  • Communicate with property managers and leasing staff to support lease activity
  • Track lease documents, terms, and critical dates
  • Provide administrative support for lease and tenant documentation
  • Coordinate with tenants and vendors for property-related inquiries
  • Support the front desk and act as backup receptionist when needed
  • Organize and maintain lease files and digital records
