Responsibilities

  • Execute the invoicing process, ensuring the timely and accurate billing of clients.
  • Identify, analyze, and rectify any billing discrepancies, maintaining effective communication with clients throughout the process.
  • Maintain an organized record of all invoices and transactions.
  • Collaborate with sales, distribution, and other relevant departments to optimize invoicing and billing procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of various billing-related reports.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our processes and systems.
