As an Accounting Intern, you will work directly with our Finance team who are responsible for maintaining order and transparency for the Council’s finances. This internship will be approximately 10-20 hours per week and is eligible for college credit, if applicable. Interns are paid minimum wage (currently $15 per hour worked). What will you gain from this experience? You will receive hands-on non-profit finance experience. You will develop professional skills required to succeed in a financial role. You will learn accounts payable, payroll processing, and general financial support. This position is a hybrid position that will require days in the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri office, as well as remote work. Please note that most work will be on-site.
