Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Management, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to organize, analyze, and present data effectively
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and gain practical, hands-on experience in a professional accounting environment

Nice To Haves

Upper-level undergraduate student (Junior or Senior) or a recent graduate preparing for the CPA exam
Actively pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Responsibilities

Assist in the accounts payable process by gathering, entering, and organizing vendor invoices and statements to ensure timely and accurate payments
Support the daily sales reconciliation process by reviewing sales reports, verifying entries, and identifying discrepancies across multiple revenue streams
Help perform cash and bank account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy between internal records and external statements
Contribute to month-end closing activities, including journal entry preparation and data validation
Maintain well-organized digital records and help implement best practices for file management and data retention
Participate in special accounting projects as needed.
Uphold a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication in all interactions
Complete all other duties as assigned by management
