About The Position

Perform development accounting responsibilities with guidance for assigned
properties and assist with the portfolio accounting month-end close process.

Requirements

• Currently attending school for a Bachelors degree with an interest or emphasis in Accounting, Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform development accounting responsibilities with guidance for assigned properties which includes preparation of capital calls/loan draws and monthly financial statement preparation.
• Assist with various portfolio accounting month-end duties including: Reviewing and importing monthly activity received from 3rd party operators. Recording journal entries. Updating month-end balance sheet and bank account reconciliations. Assisting with the annual property budget process. Review monthly financial reports received from management companies.
• Other duties, projects and responsibilities as needed or assigned.
