Position Summary: Responsible for various tasks in the Accounting department, to enhance their experience in the industry utilizing their education. Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification.
Requirements
- High school diploma or college student enrolled in the accounting field
- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
Responsibilities
- Enter data into systems
- Scanning, Indexing and filing invoices into the electronic document management system
- Process time adjustments
- Subconsultant invoice review and processing
- Perform other related duties as assigned
