About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our finance team for the summer. This internship provides hands-on experience in accounting processes, financial reporting, and data analysis, allowing interns to gain practical knowledge in a professional setting.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing.
• Support month-end closing activities.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with general ledger reconciliations.
• Analyze financial data and generate reports for management.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for financial transactions.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
