Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Accounting
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficient in Excel
• Verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a team-based, continuous improvement environment
• Align and operate within the Company's core ethics and values

Responsibilities

• Assist staff and senior accountants with their daily responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation of monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of the quarterly financial statements submitted to Berkshire Hathaway
• Contribute to department projects as needed
