About The Position

Five Rings is looking to hire an Accounting Intern to join us for a 9 week summer internship that runs from the beginning of June through the beginning of August. During this time you will be assisting the team with day-to-day financial tasks. Responsibilities may include preparing and reviewing financial documents, entering and reconciling data in accounting systems, supporting the team in accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and assisting with ad-hoc projects. Interns will also receive daily mentorship from other team members.

Requirements

Fundamental understanding of financial/accounting principles
Strong ability to work with spreadsheets and databases
Prior experience with microsoft office and G Suite
Knowledge of accounting software
Superior attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to think quickly and work in a high-pressure environment
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a graduation date of May/December 2027
