As an Accounting Intern you are responsible for: Safety and Security of Customer Information Accurate processing of daily work Responsive action to internal/external customer requests Friendly, personalized customer service Employee is required to attend work Process research requests promptly and accurately Accurate and timely filing and scanning of invoices, etc. Provide seasonal clerical support for Accounting/Finance area May post basic entries to general ledger accounts as directed Other Functions Ensure activities within assigned functional area of responsibility are in compliance with Bank policy, and State and Federal Regulations Perform other duties as requested

Requirements

High school diploma required.
Six months to one year office experience or some comparable combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of Bank policies and procedures, products and services
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure; to perform the four operations with common decimals and fractions; to perform arithmetic operations involving all American monetary units
Ability to perform repetitive work, to continuously perform the same work according to set procedures, sequence, or pace
Ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure
Ability to exchange information with others clearly and concisely; to present ideas, facts, and technical information
Ability to maintain relationships that facilitate task accomplishment; to cooperate and resolve conflicts; to recognize needs and be sensitive to others
Ability to receive guidance and supervision; follow work rules, work procedures; meet deadlines, punctuality and attendance standards, etc.
