Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting in progress
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced accounting function
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Autonomous with a good sense of responsibility
- Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country
- You are available 35 hours a week from May 4 to August 21, 2026
Nice To Haves
- Experience in accounting or finance (an asset)
- Bilingualism (French and English)
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of various financial reports.
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Participate in the review of transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Aid in the implementation and documentation of accounting processes and controls.
- Collaborate with team members on continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and systems.
- Maintain and update accounting records and databases, ensuring data integrity.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests, as necessary.
