The Accounting Internship will be located onsite 3 days/2 days remote per week in our downtown Boston HQ located at 125 Summer St. The Summer 2026 Internship is a 12-week program that requires a commitment to start on June 1st and stay through August 21st. What You Will Do this Summer: The Accounting department supports the order to cash processes, specifically in the revenue recognition and consolidations' areas. The Accounting Intern will work on projects to transform and improve our current accounting processes. This includes identifying gaps, proposing improvements and implementing changes to become more efficient and effective.

Requirements

  • B.S. or M.S. in Accounting or Finance – Required
  • MS Office such as Word, Outlook, Excel (e.g. vlookups)

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and mapping out current processes in order to identify and execute improvements.
  • Gathering and transforming data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintaining and streamlining the controls environment for the next fiscal year within our audit, compliance & risk management software.
  • Using standardized template and refresh and update all existing policies.
