About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for a college student currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, who has completed at least one accounting course and envisions a future in the accounting profession. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various areas of accounting and finance, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), financial analysis , and general administrative support. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to real projects that impact the business. Position Reports to: Controller Overall Responsibilities: Primary duties will include, but are not limited, to the following:

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Accounting or related field
• Completed at least one accounting course
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Support financial analysis and reporting tasks
• Help with document scanning, filing, and organization
• Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in handling financial data
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and efficiency
