About The Position

The Accounting Intern will assist with Data Analysis and General Accounting tasks, which includes mastering procedures, compiling reports, and conducting presentations for Management. The Accounting Intern will be responsible for aiding in Data Analysis and General Accounting responsibilities, which encompasses acquiring knowledge of processes, creating reports, and presenting findings to Management. The intern will carry out general accounting responsibilities, overseeing Accounts Payable, and tracking and reporting Key Performance Indicators. Additionally, they will complete the Fixed Asset capitalization process and produce audit lists. They will also perform account reconciliations as needed. Monitors and reports efficiencies gained in projects. Review and develop digitalization process efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Pursuing undergraduate business-related degree
  • Microsoft Office
  • Detail Oriented
  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
  • Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
  • Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
  • Ability to complete 3 alternating work terms for Co-op positions.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week).
  • Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
  • MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
  • Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
  • THE WORK TERM DATES ARE May 18th - August 7th, 2026.
