Coordinate the recruitment and screening of applicants and oversee new employee orientation.
Direct recruitment of qualified applicants with the hiring supervisor and conducting outreach efforts.
Coordinate employee orientation on administration of group insurance and retirement programs to ensure uniform application and interpretation of policy and procedure.
Ensure adequate personnel records are maintained in their electronic file.
Responsible for submitting purchasing documents into Oracle for approval, reconciling bank accounts, and/or simple cost accounting data.
Operate office equipment such as computers, copiers, and calculating machines.
Perform miscellaneous clerical duties involving typing correspondence and letters, filling, accumulating data and preparation of repetitive reports and proofread material to verify accuracy.
Responsible for maintenance of routine accounting records and reports in accordance with established procedures such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory control or general accounting records.
Responsible for petty cash and purchasing card, compliance, distribution, and reconciliation.
Associate’s degree and one year related experience or three years directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Experience working with youth, excellent written and verbal communication and computer proficiency required.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
