As an Accounting/Finance Intern at John Deere, you will be provided with opportunities to develop an understanding of the company's products and services, establish a network of people to support personal and professional growth, and gain experience in areas such as Factory Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Financial Analysis, Internal Audit, Tax, and Treasury. Interns typically perform various professional accounting or finance projects, which include coordinating, preparing, and analyzing financial information. The majority of our internship experiences are offered in the summer months, usually lasting 12 weeks. Projects may include completing process improvement projects by utilizing finance automation techniques, gaining an understanding of useful financial software tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.), gathering, reviewing, and analyzing financial information, developing professional skills through networking and interaction with Deere leaders, and working cross-functionally to solve business problems.
