About The Position
This role is designed for recruiters who already have strong industry relationships and want to maximize their earning potential without building infrastructure from scratch. The organization provides a massive candidate database, recruiting technology, and operational support so partners can focus entirely on building relationships and making placements within accounting and finance.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, or business development
- Established network within accounting, finance, or professional services
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to generate leads and open doors with hiring decision-makers
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with CFOs, controllers, hiring managers, and business owners
- Identify hiring needs and match accounting and finance professionals with open roles
- Source, evaluate, and present qualified candidates
- Manage client relationships and recruitment processes from introduction through placement
- Collaborate with recruiting team members and participate in job order meetings
- Utilize recruiting platforms, databases, and AI tools to identify candidates
