Trainees rotate through several core disciplines to hone the skills necessary to succeed in one of two tracks: Accounting and Corporate Finance. Trainees emerge from the program as accounting and finance professionals who foster our growth and ensure our competitive edge - as well as their own. Zurich is currently accepting applications for the June 2025 program. This program is a 2-year entry-level rotational program that supports the development of the technical and leadership skills to become a senior-level financial analyst. You will partake in 4, 6-month rotations within the Finance organization spanning core finance disciplines, including opportunities in Financial Accounting and Reporting, Planning and Performance Management, Treasury, Finance Operations, Credit Risk, and more.
