Requirements

1-2 years of office/clerical/administrative experience
Strong computer (MS Office Suite) and business correspondence skills a must
High School Diploma required
Ability to work independingly, take direction
No third parties

Responsibilities

Be motivated and reliable, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Have an understanding of creating and maintaining positive relationships within your department and the company overall
Be able to work independently with strong multitasking, time-management and prioritization skills
Provide administrative support; including a wide variety of duties comprising:
Answering phones
Data entry
Scanning
Filing
Record keeping
Other duties as assigned
