About The Position

Accounting Coordinator Are you a detail-oriented individual with a love for numbers and accounting? We're seeking an Accounting Coordinator to play an essential role in our accounting department, providing accurate information to your peers and the Blair leadership team. This position offers the opportunity to work with several banks and to perform daily cash accounting tasks for multiple different companies. This position involves working closely with a two-person team, including your direct manager and one other team member to achieve shared goals. Requirements

• 3 years of cash accounting experience preferred but not required.
• Any experience with a multi-organizational company is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Time management, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations for several different companies.
• Applying customer payments to open invoices and for prepaid deposits.
• Initiating wire and ACH payments to multiple different vendors including intercompany transactions.
• Taking deposits to multiple different banks several days a week.
• Entering bi-weekly payroll journal entries into our accounting system.
