About The Position

Accounting Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordination of daily fiscal operations of TPC Wellness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field
• CDCA obtained within (1) year of service with company
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings preferred
• Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
• Demonstrate ability to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
• Ability to lift to 20 pounds occasionally.
• Frequent use of electronic medical record (EMR) systems and office equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accurate and timely financial reporting, account reconciliation, accounts payable
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all monthly account reconciliations
• Process payroll timely by working with leadership weekly
• Analyze Overtime by weekly and report overtime report to leadership team and Controller
• Day to day credentialing process as needed to support Safety & Risk Director
• Day to day support of Controller to promote accuracy, accountability & efficiency
• Prepare weekly fiscal reports and communicate analysis to Controller
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Collaborate with leadership to improve financial processes, systems and reporting efficiency
• Maintain organized financial documentation and support internal and external audit processes
• Assist in preparation of budgets and financial forecasts as directed

• Utilize vision board for ideas to improve finance team and reach company goals

• Maintain compliance of all financial policies, SOP’s, and regulatory standards
• All other duties as assigned
