About The Position

Under the direction of the Corporate Financial Controller, the Accounting Co-Op will provide fundamental Finance services and support for the Finance team.

Entry level will be considered based on experience or extra-curricular activities related to IT.

Enrollment or completion of college courses in Finance or Accounting fields preferred.

Responsibilities

Completing period close Bank Reconciliation process
Processing weekly AP Payment processes
Maintaining AP Master files
Complete period close journal entries and reconciliations for two small sites
Complete weekly administrative journal entries
Submit weekly USMCA document requests
Reconcile Fixed Assets
Support department through budget processes
Assist Financial Controller in data organization required for implementation of ERP software
Perform Ad Hoc Financial Analysis
Building Excel spreadsheets
Documenting Finance practices and Process Changes with ERP Implementation
Other duties as assigned
