Requirements

• Candidates should be enrolled in a 2 or 4 year degree program studying Accounting or related business field
• Candidates must be available to work multiple semesters
• Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for the Fall and Spring semesters and a possible 40 hours per week through the Summer
• Prior experience in an office setting, data entry and additional course work or experience in accounting and computer software such as SAP, BaaN and Microsoft Office would be helpful

Responsibilities

• Scan and prepare invoices for entry
• Verify, process and enter accounts payable data into the system
• Perform other support tasks for the Accounting Department as requested
