About The Position

The Accounting Co-op supports the accounting team with daily accounting activities within manufacturing sites that include areas like maintenance, site logistics, EH&S, etc.

Requirements

• Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate or graduate Finance, Accounting, or business-related degree program.
• Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at all times throughout your time at Olin.
• Must have completed sophomore year prior to first rotation with Olin
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours a week during normal business hours) August - December 2026.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the requirement of a work/student visa

Nice To Haves

• Preference given to students located within 50 miles of the assigned Olin location.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Accountant in reviewing inventory adjustment postings and MRO refurbishment orders
• Upload support for entries in SAP and post journal entries
• Analyze functional activity and postings
