Requirements

  • Either entry-level with an Accounting degree OR 2+ years of experience in an accounting, finance, or professional office environment.
  • Above-average proficiency with technology, including MS Office, Google Suite, and Mac products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • High-level organizational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and invoicing with precision.
  • Verify and close out daily reservations and reconcile driver payroll.
  • Handle data entry within our accounting systems and assist with ad-hoc reporting and special projects.
  • Provide top-tier service through daily interactions with clients and internal team members.

Benefits
