This person will be provide accounting and clerical support by accurately preparing and maintaining documents and records. This position will be responsible for filing in an organized and timely manner and entering data of financial transactions. This is a tremendous opportunity we have to offer. Previous automotive dealership experience a plus.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
  • One year of relevant experience, Preferred
  • Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly professional and dependable
  • Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Strong computer, typing, and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite

Nice To Haves

  • Previous automotive dealership experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance and support to accounting personnel
  • Helps with vehicle inventory control and maintains accurate records
  • Manages inbound communication, such as phone calls and messages, e-mails, and letters
  • Provides clerical support, such as typing, filing, copying, data entry, and record keeping
  • Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation (forms, reports, etc.) when needed
  • Communicate with lenders to process loan payoff and cancellations
  • Performs other duties as assigned
