• Ability to learn the Dealership Management System, Spreadsheet software, accounting software, and inventory software

Responsibilities

• Stock in all new vehicles
• Process deposits
• Register courtesy deliveries, lease tags, and loaners
• Remit and cancel products
• Process internal repair orders
• Responsible for processing car deal accounting
• Process Titles as needed
• Follow up on funding delays when needed
• Maintains effective employee relations
• Participates in required training
• Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations
• Complies with Company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
