About The Position
As an Accounting Clerk with Paul Davis, you will be responsible for handling calls from customers and team members, building rapport, and ensuring effective communication. Your primary duties will include managing Accounts Receivable invoicing and collections, maintaining Accounts Payable files, and processing weekly Accounts Payable. You will also be expected to problem-solve and assist others in finding solutions while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations using internal office systems.
