Requirements

  • Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills on assignments.
  • Must be able to work inclusively, but also be able to work independently and without excessive supervision.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Experience with Opera PMS is a plus.
  • Regular attendance is expected based on schedule and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and issue invoices to clients and guests.
  • Monitor and record payments received, ensuring timely and accurate posting.
  • Assist in establishing customer credit through hotel policies, including application processes, reference checks, and setting credit limits.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Generate regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve any billing issues.
