About The Position

The Accounts Payable Clerk is an accounting support position in a fast paced accounting services environment providing financial services to community associations.

Requirements

  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
  • Professional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming and outgoing Property Personnel & Payroll files
  • Administer monthly medical billing, including enrolling and terminating coverage
  • Process workers’ compensation, temporary disability, and unemployment claims
  • Handle annual workers’ compensation audits
  • Complete employment verifications upon request
  • Perform annual archiving
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Phone calls to clients and vendors.
  • Opening and Sorting incoming mail.
  • Research open and pending items in multiple platforms.
  • Communicate with various departments on current action items.
  • Set up and assign vendors as needed.
  • A/P emails to clients and vendors.
