We are currently seeking a hospitality minded full-time Billing Specialist.
Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding care and service to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Compiles and inputs data into the computer for Resident billing.
• Performs Insurance verifications as necessary.
• Compiles and Inputs data into the computer for assigned areas of billing.
• Follows up on all account receivables to insure aging accounts are collected.
• Sets up new payor sources as necessary.
• Runs necessary reports. Maintains backup and support documents.
• Maintains ledgers and storage binders in an orderly fashion.
• Posts payments to the receivable.
• Files paperwork.
• Assists Accounting Supervisor & Director with accounting duties, as assigned.
