About The Position
The Part-time Accounting Associate will provide daily support to the Accounts Payable team. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced accounting environment.
Requirements
- Proficient with Excel (Pivot & VLOOKUP preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Account Payable experience preferred
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
Responsibilities
- Review invoices have entered in correct amount.
- Enter and update vendor information
- Approve new vendors in the vendor registration system
- Communicate with the procurement team to resolve invoice discrepancies or missing information.
- Provide general administrative and accounting support as needed
