This is a detail-driven, data-heavy role sitting at the intersection of finance, payroll, billing, and C aregiver /client support. You’ll be the person making sure the numbers line up, the claims go through, and the questions get answered.

Responsibilities

Weekly payroll audits
Billing audits to ensure accuracy across clients and payers
Manage and submit Long Term Care (LTC) insurance claims
Answer L ong T erm C are related questions
Handle client billing questions
Support caregivers with Tapcheck , PTO tracking, payroll-related questions, and benefits questions
Assist with onboarding compliance
Support tracking annual reviews
Be a go-to for general C aregiver questions
Complete compliance-related tasks
Assist with billing/payroll projects as needed
Help improve systems and workflows
