About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Associate to perform various accounting tasks including filing, scanning, data collection, and report creation. This role supports accounting operations by managing documents, scheduling and preparing customer invoices, reconciliation statements, and other accounting process reports. The ideal candidate will handle data entry and filing of accounts receivable/payable records within our manufacturing data collection systems and maintain accounting and office support files.
