The Senior Accounting Assistant supports the Accounts Payable function by ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments, while maintaining vendor relationships. This role also supports compliance and contributes to the integrity of financial records to enabling efficient business operations. Note: There is one position available and the position will be filled at one of four job grade levels: Accounting Assistant (Accounts Payable) I, job grade 1; Accounting Assistant (Accounts Payable) II, job grade 2, Accounting Assistant (Accounts Payable) III, job grade 4; or Senior Accounting Assistant (Accounts Payable), job grade 5. This decision will be based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate selected, and Tri-State business needs at the time of hire. Senior Accounting Assistant (Accounts Payable) Hiring Salary Range: $63,000-$76,000 Accounting Assistant (Accounts Payable) III Hiring Salary Range: $56,000-$68,000 Accounting Assistant (Accounts Payable) II Hiring Salary Range: $46,000-$54,000 Accounting Assistant (Accounts Payable) I Hiring Salary Range: $41,000-$48,000 Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary outside of the posted hiring salary range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
