The Accounting Assistant provides clerical support to the Chief Financial Officer. Processes various tasks associated with paying invoices, set meetings, as well as perform special projects as assigned. Duties include but are not limited to: Process incoming invoices for payment. Process employee personal and bank card reimbursements for payment. Prepare and maintain coffee supply for staff and customers. Organize and order food deliveries for group meetings. Balance and prepare monthly Common Area Maintenance invoices for tenants, collect and post reimbursements and rent payments. Prepare other monthly account reconciliations as assigned. Assist in the preparation of monthly Board Meetings. Type memos, letters, reports, and other documents. Provide assistance and support to other staff and management as required. Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the department by offering suggestions and participating as an active member of a work team. Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date. Regular and predictable attendance to accomplish job duties and provide in-person contact with customers.
