Responsibilities: We're looking for someone with strong communication and accounting skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred. An associate's degree is great but not required - what matters most is your experience, which should be 3-5 years in a similar role. Job Requirements: Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing Maintain incoming invoices and receipts Upload or scan invoices and receipts into SharePoint Prepare, review, and enter invoices, expense reports, and payments Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Reconcile credit card accounts Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities Respond to internal and external accounting-related inquiries Perform general administrative duties related to the accounting function Qualifications: Associate's degree or a related field or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role preferred Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Strong written and verbal communication skills Part-Time position requiring 20 - 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This position could grow into a full-time accounting position. On-site work located in Robinson Township, PA at our National Operations, Support & Distribution Center. Requirements
