About The Position

Atlantic Bingo Supply is a leader in the multibillion-dollar charitable gaming industry. We distribute a wide array of products including consumables (pull tab tickets, bingo paper, ink, etc.) as well as state of the art electronic gaming products. Our products are sold, installed, and operated in numerous social and charitable gaming venues. We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and detailed team member who is motivated, organized, hands on and reliable to join us in the role of Accounting Assistant. This position performs a variety of daily tasks in our corporate office. It is full time (40 hours per week); Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Candidate will report to the Accounting Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • Office Administration; 3 years (preferred)
  • Associate’s degree or some college business courses
  • Working knowledge of Excel required and Team Viewer preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable and data entry
  • Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, administrative and communication skills
  • Ability to pay attention to detail, and understand the need for accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others

Responsibilities

  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly collection of electronics usage for customer billing and tracking in excel
  • Assist the Accounting Operations Manager as needed
  • Assist other departments as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
