Responsibilities

• Setting up Materials and updating prices in our accounting system
• Administer the vehicle reimbursement system (Motus)
• Administer fuel card program (WEX)
• Processing and Tracking fuel logs
• Processing fuel receipts and submitting for payment
• Processing location fuel usage weekly
• Import data
• Manage state EZ Pass payments and violations
• File Sales & use tax returns monthly
• Perform Monthly reconciliations
• Prepare month-end journal entries and statistical postings
