Sazerac's Accounting and Finance Internship Program offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the accounting and finance functions of a leading spirits company. This 12-week paid internship is designed to provide participants with exposure to various aspects of Sazerac's operations, allowing them to work on projects that have a measurable impact on the company. Interns will be mentored by experienced accounting and finance leaders, ensuring they receive guidance and support throughout their internship journey. During the internship, participants will engage in assignments that may involve working in areas such as Commercial Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Accounting within the corporate functions. The program is structured to include professional development workshops and networking opportunities, enabling interns to build valuable connections within the industry. Additionally, interns will have the chance to participate in social and philanthropic activities, fostering a sense of community and teamwork. Interns will work closely with a mentor to develop project plans, set goals, and receive continuous feedback on their performance. They will also be tasked with completing special projects directed by the assigned functional finance leader, which may include areas like Global Shared Services and Global Consolidations. At the end of the summer, interns will present their projects, showcasing their contributions and learning experiences. This internship not only provides practical experience but also opens the door to potential full-time employment opportunities upon graduation.
