The Accounting and Business Manager is responsible for overseeing the finances and procurement operations of the Biomanufacturing Education and Training Center (BETC) and PracticePoint. This role works closely with the Operations Managers to ensure both facilities operate efficiently, resources are utilized effectively, and potential issues or risks are promptly identified and addressed. The Accounting and Business Manager also serves as the financial lead for customer billing, invoicing, and usage tracking, as well as budget management, analysis, and forecasting. The role also manages capital equipment and supply purchases, vendor relationships, and business operations, while hosting and coordinating the events in both facilities and conducting client engagement alongside the Operations Managers and lab staff.
