About The Position
SAFY is seeking a full-time Accounting Analyst for SAFY of America. As an Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for the management of our organization's financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements, and preparing budgets to support our operations. We are a team of 500 employees across seven states providing services such as Family Preservation & Reunification, Behavioral Health, Therapeutic Foster Care, Adoption Services, and Older Youth Services so the families and children we serve can build resilience and thrive. In this role, you will oversee the organization's treasury function, including cash flow management and investment strategies. You will ensure the efficient and secure handling of financial transactions and maintain relationships with banking partners and financial institutions. Additionally, you will monitor and track all grant-related financial activities, ensuring compliance with grant agreements and funding requirements, and prepare financial reports for grantors and stakeholders. You will assist in the preparation of grant proposals and budgets, as well as assist in the development and management of the annual budget, providing accurate and timely financial forecasts and variance analysis. Moreover, you will manage and execute payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations. You will handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any issues promptly while maintaining payroll records and preparing necessary reports. Other duties or special projects may be assigned as needed.
