We are a global leader specializing in the design, manufacture and distribution of functional hardware, office and healthcare ergonomics and storage-related components for original equipment manufacturers, specialty distributors, hardware chains and major home centers. What You Will Get To Do: Provide accounting and transactional support Assist with accounts payable processing, coding, and vendor communication Support accounts receivable tracking and customer payment application Prepare journal entry support and documentation Assist with account reconciliations and month-end close activities Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation Perform reporting and analysis Compile and organize data for financial reports and dashboards Assist with variance analysis and cost tracking Support inventory and manufacturing-related accounting projects Provide compliance and process support Assist with audit preparation and documentation Ensure data accuracy within ERP and reporting systems Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and internal processes What You Will Bring : Work Experience : This is an entry level position Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Computer Skills: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, ability to learn ERP system Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently and effectively
