If you're driven by the passion to change lives, this is the place for you.This Analyst position is part of the WEC Infrastructure Accounting team, responsible for the accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of several renewable non-utility wind and solar projects within the WEC Infrastructure portfolio.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related business degree is required. (May 2026 graduates are eligible to apply).
  • Entry level position where some work experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Position will be assigned several renewable non-utility projects and will have the ability to be involved in all aspects of the accounting cycle.
  • Prepare and enter monthly journal entries; analyze and report monthly results; and budget/forecast for several WEC Infrastructure companies.
  • Assist with the month-end closing process; perform assigned account reconciliations; and prepare monthly cash flow statements
  • Responsible for preparation of financial reporting as part of debt compliance requirements including operating budget, actual to budget comparison, and quarterly financial statements.
  • This position may also eventually assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual external financial reports and SEC filings (10-Qs and 10-Ks).
  • Work with others outside of Accounting/Finance, including Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, external/internal auditors, as well as external parties that manage several WEC Infrastructure companies.
  • Work independently, handle multiple responsibilities, and prioritize effectively.
