About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
• 2 years of recent relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• In-depth knowledge of financial analysis and reporting methodologies.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and relational database systems.
• Understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
• Ability to learn new applications/software systems effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to perform data analysis on complex data sets.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and support continuous improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) Chart of Accounts.
• Experience with performance metrics and meeting identified targets.
• General understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
