As an Accounting Advisory Solutions Experienced Staff, Real Estate Industry Clients , you’ll work directly with real estate clients to support complex accounting and financial reporting needs. You’ll assist with technical accounting, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations while developing your expertise in diverse business environments. This role offers the opportunity to build strong technical skills, contribute to high-impact client projects, and grow alongside experienced advisors in a collaborative, dynamic setting. Client & Team Interaction Serve as a key member of a small, tight-knit real estate advisory group. Collaborate with pod members, internal teams, and clients to ensure timely , accurate deliverables. Support clients using Sage Intacct and Yardi for accounting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least 1 year of accounting experience, with an emphasis on financial reporting and general ledger management
• Experience in the commercial real estate industry is preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end close processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in accounting softwares and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

• CPA certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Manage recurring monthly tasks for multiple clients, including:
• Bank reconciliations
• Credit card reconciliations
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable processing
• Perform monthly and quarter-end close processes.
• Prepare quarterly financial statements .
• Prepare documentation and schedules for audit readiness.
• Reconcile accounts, review transactions, and ensure data accuracy.
