Adecco is seeking an Experienced Accounting Administrator to join one of the premier service companies in Idaho. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including posting payments from numerous manufacturers and providing exceptional customer service through effective communication with customers, leasing companies, and manufacturers regarding various invoice issues. Accuracy is paramount in this role, as the candidate will be tasked with creating invoices upon request and managing the tracking of accounting and corresponding sales reporting. In this role, you will be expected to print service, sales, and contract invoices while managing daily auditing and electronic delivery processes. You will also correspond with providers to resolve lease and contract issues, ensuring that all discrepancies are addressed promptly. Additionally, the position involves posting national compensation for installations, service contracts, and credits from manufacturers, as well as reconciling suspension accounts on a monthly basis. The candidate will assist in the month-end closing process and provide backup for all supply fulfillment tasks. Completing customer account reviews will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all accounts are accurate and up to date.
