About the position
The Accounting Administrator I (Specialist) plays a pivotal role on the multidisciplinary production system support team of the Department of FISCal. Responsibilities include providing customer support, researching and resolving system incidents while serving as a the Subject Matter Expert on various accounting areas and modules to various departments using the FI$Cal system. The Accounting Administrator I (Specialist) provides Level 2 functional support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of system-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support and resolve system incidents.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on various accounting areas and modules.
- Provide Level 2 functional support to end-users.
- Ensure timely resolution of system-related issues.
- Perform functions and duties under the guidance of the Department of FISCal's core values.
- Provide back-up to ensure continuity of departmental activities.
Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Prolonged sitting in an office-setting environment.
- Daily use of a copier, telephone, computer, and general office equipment.
- Ability to transport documents and/or equipment over 20 pounds.
